- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast into the cheese mixture, coating thoroughly.
- Arrange halved baby potatoes and green beans on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the Parmesan-coated chicken on the baking sheet among the vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and crispy.

Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in olive oil and your favorite herbs before coating it with Parmesan. Broiling for the last 2-3 minutes adds a crispier finish.
