Description

A refreshing and creamy Peach Smoothie packed with vitamins, perfect for a snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced peaches, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again for a thicker consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes
