Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the sliced peaches, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again for a thicker consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
