- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
