Delicious and fun to make, these Pineapple Chicken Kabobs feature tender chicken, sweet pineapple, and crunchy bell peppers, perfect for grilling.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve hot with rice or a fresh salad.
Notes
For optimal flavor, drizzle some extra marinade over the kabobs before serving.
