Delicious and fun to make, these Pineapple Chicken Kabobs feature tender chicken, sweet pineapple, and crunchy bell peppers, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, and bell pepper onto skewers.
  4. Grill kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
