Ingredients

- 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 scoop of Premier Protein powder (any flavor)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (optional)
- Ice cubes (to taste)
Instructions
- In a blender, add the milk and the scoop of Premier Protein powder.
- Peel the banana and add it to the blender.
- If using, add the peanut butter for extra creaminess.
- Add ice cubes to your desired thickness.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker shake, use frozen bananas. You can also experiment with flavors and add-ins.
