Description

A delicious and nutritious Premier Protein shake that can serve as a meal replacement or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 scoop of Premier Protein powder (any flavor)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (optional)
  • Ice cubes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the milk and the scoop of Premier Protein powder.
  2. Peel the banana and add it to the blender.
  3. If using, add the peanut butter for extra creaminess.
  4. Add ice cubes to your desired thickness.
  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker shake, use frozen bananas. You can also experiment with flavors and add-ins.
