  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated steak, cherry tomatoes, and baby potatoes onto the skewers, alternating as desired.
  4. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
