Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, sour cream, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
