- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, sour cream, cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve in warm flour tortillas with desired toppings.
