Ingredients

- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat, then add the taco seasoning and water according to the package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and red onion.
- Just before serving, add the Doritos and gently toss to combine.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
Notes
For a healthier option, use ground turkey or chicken. You can add other veggies like bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch.
