- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried basil

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Add the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with pasta or rice.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding minced garlic or onion. If you prefer a thicker sauce, let it cook longer or add a cornstarch slurry towards the end.
