Description

Enjoy easy-to-make teriyaki chicken skewers that are perfect for gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken cubes with teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
