- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve on buns or with rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for a few hours before cooking. Add veggies like onions and bell peppers for enhanced taste.
