A refreshing twist on classic key lime pie featuring sweet mango puree and zesty lime, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup ripe mangoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Zest of 1 lime
- Fresh mango slices and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together in a bowl.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Let the crust cool.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, mango puree, and lime zest in another bowl until combined.
- Pour this filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake the pie for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then spread it over the top of the pie.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices and lime wedges.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Store leftover pie covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Choose ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
