- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and dark brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, instant coffee powder, and cocoa powder in another bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Divide the dough in half; leave one half plain and mix cocoa into the other half.
- Alternate dollops on prepared baking sheets to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
