  2. Place the large flour tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, layer some of the seasoned beef, crushed Doritos, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
  3. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a hexagonal shape, making sure to enclose the filling inside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with olive oil or cooking spray. Place the Crunchwrap seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip it and cook the other side until it is also golden and crispy.
