A delicious dish featuring chicken breasts topped with cheese, bacon, and a creamy sauce, inspired by Outback Steakhouse.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts (horizontally sliced in half)
- 6 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp stone-ground mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayo, honey, and stone-ground mustard together.
- Spread this mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Cook the chicken in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle a slice of bacon and plenty of Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- Return the chicken to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, or a fresh garden salad. Drizzle with extra honey mustard sauce for added flavor. Optional seasoning includes salt, pepper, garlic powder, or paprika.
