- 200g orzo pasta
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the orzo, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Crumble the feta cheese on top of the mixture.
- Add 3 cups of water to the baking dish and stir to combine.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the orzo is cooked and the feta is golden.
- Stir everything together before serving and garnish with fresh basil.
