Description

A delightful dish combining creamy feta cheese with tender orzo pasta and juicy cherry tomatoes, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 200g orzo pasta
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the orzo, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the mixture.
  4. Add 3 cups of water to the baking dish and stir to combine.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the orzo is cooked and the feta is golden.
  6. Stir everything together before serving and garnish with fresh basil.
