Delicious grilled chicken skewers coated in a creamy, spicy sauce perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with the bang bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the bang bang sauce for a couple of hours before grilling. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
