Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked brisket, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • BBQ sauce to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer shredded brisket and cheese on the non-buttered side.
  4. Drizzle BBQ sauce on top of the cheese.
  5. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  6. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.

Notes
