Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or cilantro)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss them well to coat evenly with the seasonings.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces.
  6. Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
