- 1 lb steak (flank or sirloin)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- Tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Slice the steak into thin strips and season with fajita seasoning.
- Add olive oil to the griddle, then add the steak strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the griddle and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the tortillas on the griddle.
- Serve the steak and vegetables in tortillas with optional toppings.
Notes
Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness. Don’t overcrowd the griddle, and consider adding mushrooms or zucchini for more flavor.
