Description

A fresh and vibrant dish combining classic Caprese salad flavors with orzo pasta, perfect for summer picnics or as a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled orzo, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
