Description

Delightful wraps made with tender chicken, rich cheese, and zesty garlic, perfect for busy nights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: fresh parsley, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and sour cream if desired.

Notes

Use leftover chicken to save time, and feel free to customize with extra ingredients.
