Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: fresh parsley, sour cream
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a tortilla and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and sour cream if desired.
Notes
Use leftover chicken to save time, and feel free to customize with extra ingredients.
