  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of crushed crackers (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine corn, heavy cream, milk, melted butter, sugar, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with crushed crackers and the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
