Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
  2. Cut steak tips into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice bell peppers and onion.
  4. Mix steak tips with soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Add olive oil to the griddle and cook steak tips until browned.
  6. Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the griddle.
  7. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
