- 2–3 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, cubed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in your crockpot.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced onion, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Gently stir the ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Stir in the cubes of cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the sauce is velvety smooth.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until evenly coated.
Notes
For extra flavor, use homemade chicken broth and feel free to add favorite vegetables. Consider using whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for a healthier option.
