Description

Effortless and juicy turkey breast made in a crockpot, perfect for dinners or sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 1 boneless turkey breast (around 35 pounds)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme, optional)

Instructions

  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the crockpot.
  3. Pour chicken broth around the turkey in the crockpot.
  4. If using, add fresh herbs on top of the turkey.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once done, remove the turkey from the crockpot and let it rest before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For a crispy skin, broil the turkey for a few minutes after cooking.
