Effortless and juicy turkey breast made in a crockpot, perfect for dinners or sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 1 boneless turkey breast (around 3–5 pounds)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme, optional)
Instructions
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth around the turkey in the crockpot.
- If using, add fresh herbs on top of the turkey.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once done, remove the turkey from the crockpot and let it rest before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
For a crispy skin, broil the turkey for a few minutes after cooking.
