Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are packed with flavor and perfect for any meal.

- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Combine the potato wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking. Customize with different cheeses or herbs for unique flavors.
