Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are packed with flavor and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Combine the potato wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes
