Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
- Beat together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth in a separate bowl.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
