Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 4 Taco shells
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 Red onion, diced
- 100g Feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- Layer sliced chicken, diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley in taco shells.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For juicier chicken, marinate longer. You can replace chicken with grilled vegetables or shrimp for variety.
