Description

Delicious and fresh tacos filled with marinated grilled chicken, vibrant veggies, and feta cheese, bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to your table.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Taco shells
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 Red onion, diced
  • 100g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
  5. Layer sliced chicken, diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley in taco shells.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For juicier chicken, marinate longer. You can replace chicken with grilled vegetables or shrimp for variety.
