- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

- 1/4 cup cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch and black pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the seared chicken and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
