Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1/4 red onion, diced

  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine honey and lime juice to create a marinade. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill or bake until cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side).
