Description

A refreshing and colorful slaw combining crunchy vegetables and sweet mango, perfect for summer barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  2. Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
