Delicious and healthy chicken tenders packed with flavor and protein, perfect for dinner or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg, letting excess drip off, then coat it with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the tenders.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
