A comforting and easy peach cobbler made with canned peaches, perfect for any dessert occasion.

- 2 cups canned peaches (drained slightly)
- 1/2 cup peach syrup (from can)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the flour, sugar, milk, melted butter, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Scatter the drained peaches on top of the batter, then drizzle the peach syrup over everything. Do not stir.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and sprinkle with cinnamon for extra flavor.
