Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the slow cooker.
- Add the enchilada sauce, green chiles, chopped onion, garlic seasoning, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in enchilada sauce beforehand. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or corn.
